  15.      _R_s_y_n_c synchronize RCS working files with the top revisions in their
  16.      version files.  The option ----vvvv causes more verbose output.  If given
  17.      twice, each directory name is printed as it is encountered.  The option
  18.      ----rrrr_r_c_s_d_i_r specifies the name of RCS subdirectories.  The default is "RCS".
  19.      The option ----cccc_c_m_d causes _c_m_d to be used instead of the default _c_o.  The
  20.      option ----RRRR causes _r_s_y_n_c to descend and synchronize the entire subtree
  21.      below each specified directory.

  23.      For each RCS file discovered, if the corresponding working file (in the
  24.      parent directory, with the RCS ,v suffix stripped) is either missing, or
  25.      is both older and smaller, then rrrrssssyyyynnnncccc checks out a top of trunk revision.

  27.      Subdirectories with names ending in ".skip" or named "old" are skipped.

  29.      While examining RCS files, rrrrssssyyyynnnncccc also emits warnings in the cases of
  30.      working files that are writable but not locked, of working files writable
